"Way Easier Than I Expected!"
I was bracing myself like this was going to take forever, but it was actually super simple and didn’t take long at all. I was almost shocked by how painless the whole thing was!

"Got my old return sorted, eventually"
Support did end up helping me with an old return I’d kind of forgotten about, or at least pushed to the back of my mind. It just took longer than I expected, so I was checking back more than I wanted to. In the end it worked out, which is what matters, but yeah, the waiting part was a bit frustrating.

I needed help fixing my amended return, and it was frustrating. Every time I thought I had sent what they needed, it felt like the goalposts moved and there was some new thing to clarify. Replies took days, and by the end I was more confused than when I started.

"Worked Fine, But the Payment Part Was Annoying"
Sprintax was okay overall, but the payment section kind of threw me off. Maybe it’s just me, but it wasn’t super clear what was happening, and my refund info took forever to update. I ended up waiting longer than I expected, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but they could definitely make the whole process smoother.

I just used Sprintax to e-file my tax return, my most recent experience with it was solid. Entering all the details took a little bit of time, but the process was easy to follow and I didn’t run into any major issues. Since it went smoothly this time, I’d feel comfortable using it again

"Too Much Info Upfront"
I had to enter a lot of personal info, which was kind of annoying, but to be fair the security did look solid. Still, they could’ve made the privacy details way easier to find instead of making customers dig around for them.

I did end up getting my state return finished, so that part was fine. The support replies just felt kind of slow, and at times I had to reread them because they weren’t super clear. Maybe I was already tired from dealing with tax stuff, but yeah, it worked out in the end, just not as smooth as I hoped.

"Felt a bit left in the dark"
I used it for my nonresident return, and while it did get me through the process, I felt kind of left in the dark at times. Some of the guidance was confusing, especially around the treaty-related questions, and the screens just kept moving me along without really explaining what I was choosing or why. I also reached out to support, but the reply took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but it definitely left me feeling frustrated and unsure in a few spots.

I got a tax notice in the mail and kind of panicked at first. I reached out to Sprintax support, and they walked me through what it actually meant instead of making it feel more complicated. They were basically like, “don’t worry, this looks like an audit check and here’s what you need to send back,” which really helped calm me down. They helped me put together the reply, and it took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. Really glad I had used them.

"Pretty straightforward, but still a bit of a chore"
sprintax was easier to use than I expected. The instructions were clear, and I didn’t really feel lost while going through everything. Each step told me what to do next, which helped a lot. That said, it still took some effort to sit there and get through all the questions and forms, so it wasn’t exactly fun. But compared to what I was expecting, it was way less confusing

I used Sprintax for my scholarship and fellowship income, and it handled it better than I expected. I don’t remember every step, just that I felt less lost once the questions started guiding me through where everything should go. I was nervous because it wasn’t regular W-2 income, but it ended up being clear. It still took a bit of time, though not nearly as much as trying to figure it all out on my own

"Quick support, but not super helpful"
Support got back to me fast, which I appreciated, but they didn’t really explain my tax question in a way that made sense. It kind of felt like they were just reading off a script instead of actually knowing the answer. It worked out in the end, but I expected more expertise. Feels like whoever runs this needs to give the support team better training

"Not worth it for investment income"
Not worth the fee for me in the end. I tried using sprintax for my nonresident return, but once I got to dividends and stock sales, things got confusing. The investment income section felt too limited, and I ended up having to search elsewhere just to figure out what I was supposed to do

"It basically did what I needed…"
It basically did what I needed, so no big complaints there. The only thing is it crashed once while I was filing, which was kind of annoying. I had to reopen it and keep going, but after that it seemed fine.

"Really helped with my ITIN"
